Sestra Care Return Policy

 

Domestic online returns (Australia wide):

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will gladly accept the return of the merchandise within 10 days of your receipt of the order. Returned merchandise should be unworn and in its original condition including tags. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns.

To return merchandise for a refund, please send by registered mail to:

Please include a copy of your order receipt as proof of purchase and make a note of the reason for your return. Please allow 14 working days from the receipt of your return. Refunds will be processed in the same manner as payments so if, for example, you paid by Mastercard you will receive a refund on your Mastercard.

If merchandise is received by us after the 14 day return period it will not qualify for a refund. In this case, the parcel will be returned to sender.

Faulty merchandise (Australia wide):

As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of merchandise purchased from Sestra Care Solutions. If you believe an item is faulty, not of acceptable quality, does not match the description provided or is not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian or New Zealand Consumer Law. However these consumer guarantees do not apply where the item was damaged due to abnormal use or misuse.

Where you believe an item is faulty, it may be necessary for us to send the item to the manufacturer or their service agent for it to be assessed. In accordance with Australian or New Zealand Consumer Law, if the failure is minor, we may repair the item (or, at our discretion, we may replace the item or refund you) within a reasonable time.

Change of mind:

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, Sestra Care Solutions will be pleased to offer you a refund or exchange provided that:

  • You have produced satisfactory proof of purchase
  • The item is in a saleable condition (e.g., the original tags and labels are still attached, the item is in its original packaging, and the item is unworn, unused as sold)

If you are unable to provide satisfactory proof of purchase, Sestra Care Solutions may, in its absolute discretion, provide you with an exchange to the current value of the item, provided that the item is in a saleable condition (e.g., the original tags and labels are still attached, the item is in its original packaging (if any), and the item is unworn, unused and as sold).
